Mrs. Betty Spiers is the Director of Innovation and Development for Dinwiddie County Public Schools. She ensures continuous organizational improvement through the effective use of innovative strategies. The Office of Innovation and Development oversees the mentor-teacher induction program, professional development, instructional technology, Title IIA and Title IV grants, and works closely with the Innovation Specialists and Library Media Specialists.
