Mr. Chuck Moss is the Director of Innovation and Development for DCPS. He is committed to meaningful innovation and targeted staff development. Mrs. Betty Spiers is the DCPS Innovation and Development Instructional Specialist and serves to make opportunities for growth and development available to teachers through support and innovative practices. The Office of Innovation and Development oversees alternative education including the Pathways Learning Center, DCPS professional development, the Title IIA grant, the Title IV grant, and the DCPS Innovation Specialists.
