According to new IRS guidelines, Dinwiddie County Public Schools is making Form 1095-C, “Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage,” available upon request rather than mailing them automatically. This form provides information about your health insurance coverage for the previous calendar year, which may be needed for tax record purposes.
