Registration for the 2021-2022 School Year

Preschool is for children 3 and 4 years of age who qualify*
Kindergarten is for children 5 years old on or before September 30, 2021

What do I need for official registration? 

  • Valid Photo ID (for parent or guardian)
  • AsteriskIncome Verification (W-2, 1040, TANF or SSI statement) for preschool registration only
  • Original birth certificate
  • Record of immunizations
  • School Entrance Health form (prior to school opening)
  • Proof of residency (see’s Registration and Enrollment page for more details)
  • Custody papers (if applicable)

AsteriskNote: Registration of 3 and 4 years old does not guarantee program admittance.  Certain restrictions apply.  Enrollment is dependent upon meeting program criteria.  Only a limited number of preschool spots are available.  Preschool i s not first-come first-served.  Students who are not initially accepted are placed on a waiting list.

Note: All forms and documentation are needed before the child(ren) may start the official school year.

Where do I get Kindergarten registration information? 

Visit your school’s website > go to Family Resources > then click on the Enrollment & Registration page or click on our main site’s Registration and Enrollment page.  This page includes links to documents that state law requires a parent or guardian to provide our school division to enroll the child in school.
