PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Dinwiddie County School Board, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Pamplin Administrative Building, Boardroom, 14016 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, Virginia, plans to hold a public hearing and take action on the following matter:

Sale of Surplus Real Estate: The Dinwiddie County School Board will consider declaring 18.439 acres, TP. # 18-7A, a surplus property. The Board will also consider a contract of purchase offered by Baylour Construction, represented by Tanner Lindsay, and Board retention of the proceeds. A more detailed description of the property can be found labeled as “PLAT SHOWING PROPERTY SURVEYED FOR THE COUNTY OF DINWIDDIE BEING 18.439 + ON THE EAST SIDE OF ROUTE 739 IN NAMOZINE DISTRICT, DINWIDDIE COUNTY, VIRGINIA.” By R.H. Gordon, dated Sept. 17, 1998.

Citizens having an interest in the above matter and wishing to view the plat of the referenced property may examine the document in the Administration Office located at the Pamplin Administration Building, 14016 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, Virginia 23841 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except legally declared holidays.
