On February 6, 2021, the Dinwiddie High School (DHS) Scholastic Bowl Team won the Virginia High School League (VHSL) 2021 Region 4B Championship for the 3rd year in a row!  The team will now progress to the State Tournament on March 13, hosted by Jamestown High School.  Please congratulate the players: Charlie Beekwilder (Captain), Kayla Fischer, Ryan Wood, Miles Gilmore, and Noah Jarrells.  Other team members on the regional bench included Sadi Effner, Phineas Johnson, Hope Murray, Joseph Beekwilder, Maddie Lucy and Allison Hinkle.

Head Coach Jeanne Minetree and Assistant Coach Andrew Trowbridge thanks the Tournament Director, Mr. Brad Atkins, and the excellent Tournament officials:  Mr. and Mrs. Norm Beekwilder, Ms. Kristin Buyalos, Mr. Bob Weaver, Mr. Scott Watts, Mrs. LeighAnn Adams, Ms. Kaylee Bryant, Ms. Barbara Pittman, and Mr. Noah Muskett.
